At Fitness FitFame, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process. Please review the following terms regarding returns and refunds:
Domestic Orders
General Satisfaction Guarantee:
We believe in the quality of our products and offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it without any questions. However, please note that special return conditions may apply to heavily discounted items or during specific promotional campaigns.
Exclusions – ‘Final Sale’ Items:
Items labeled as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

Exchange and Return Process:
- Defective/Wrong Item Received:
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost. - Size Issues:
If you ordered the correct size but it doesn’t fit well, we will exchange it for a different size with a nominal fee. - Ineligible Returns:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like changing your mind or wanting a different item.
Exchange/Refund Limitation:
Each order is eligible for only one exchange or refund. Once a product has been exchanged, it is not eligible for further exchanges or refunds.
Timeframe for Returns:
You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
Payment Refund Details
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a delivery fee of ₹49 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For Prepaid orders, a processing fee of 3% will be applied in case of a refund.
Reverse Pickup Conditions:
We will arrange for a reverse pickup wherever feasible. However, only one reverse pickup attempt will be provided for each order. If a reverse pickup is not possible due to location constraints, we may request that you send the item back via a reliable courier at your own expense.
Innerwear Policy:
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear items. This policy is in place to maintain the highest hygiene standards and protect the health of our customers.
International Orders
Return Policy:
We do not accept returns for products sold outside of India.
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at contact@fitnessfitfame.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment, and we will provide further instructions.
Refund for Serious Defects:
In cases of serious manufacturing defects, we will refund the product’s price in the original form of payment, after deducting applicable shipping fees.
